Rebecca Cantrell, author of critically acclaimed A Trace of Smoke is back with a second page turner in her mystery series.  Her new book, A Night of Long Knives, picks up with bold crime reporter, Hannah Vogel, first introduced in her previous novel. The series takes place in Weimar Germany – just as World War II is breaking out—and both books are incredibly compelling. Cantrell mixes actual historic figures and events with Hannah’s story, which makes for a very unique read. Cantrell stops by the show to tell us more about her new novel. She will also be appearing at Next Chapter Books in Mequon on July 20th.
