The nonprofit organization Artists Working in Education is preparing for its 12th summer of providing free hands-on arts activities for area children. The four vans in its “Fleet of Imagination” will roll out to Milwaukee parks and playgrounds for six weeks starting Monday, June 28, every weekday from 1-4 p.m.
AWE sponsors artists to work creatively with children and youth throughout the Milwaukee community to enhance human potential, advance learning and cultivate community.
