For dinner tonight, pizza with a Tex-Mex twist. Go to SentryFoods.com, it's flatout thin crust pizza. Kids will like it and so will you, because it's healthy! Start by browning a fourth pound of extra lean ground beef, then drain it. Stir in 2 teaspoons of taco seasoning and 2 tablespoons of water. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Next, lightly oil both sides of Flatout Light Flatbread. Cook that in a 350 oven for about 7 minutes. Remove it and layer this on top--some salsa, the meat mixture and shredded Essential Everyday Mexican Blend Cheese from Sentry. Put that back in the overn for about 7 more minutes and then cut into wedges. Last, top it with lettuce, sour cream and diced tomatoes. |
