As part of the celebration, Glorioso’s is hosting cooking classes with a focus on truffles, something very near and dear to Italians. Vittorio Giordano, President of Urbani Truffles USA, will present an in-depth truffles workshop paired with savory Italian dishes to include White Truffle & Porcini Risotto, Seared Steak with Black Truffles with Truffled Mashed Potatoes, and Creamy Cheese with Truffle Honey, each matched with an Italian Wine. Vittorio will educate us about the reasons why truffles are one of the most prized items of chefs and how truffles are grown and harvested, making for a truly enlightening and unforgettable experience.
