The Path of Imperfection and Practical Spirituality; learning to appreciate the imperfections in life and use them for our spiritual development and peace of mind.
Five years ago, Polly Campbell was facing several major life transitions. After the birth of her daughter, she struggled to find her way as a working mom. Then, she was diagnosed with melanoma. It felt like nothing was working, she says. Her body, already coping with rheumatoid arthritis was now facing another major illness. Finances were flagging and her relationship with her husband was changing and so was her sense of self.
Polly shares her personal account and writes about the path of imperfection and practical spirituality in her new book Imperfect Spirituality: Extraordinary Enlightenment for Ordinary People. She lives what she writes and finds away to live a spiritual life.
