     Mardi Gras season is upon us once again, and that means it's almost time for Thunder Bay's annual Fat Tuesday Feast.  They'll be cooking up all kinds of New Orleans favorites and serving them up on a festive buffet in one of their large banquet rooms.  The feast will feature Crawfish and Alligator Gumbo, Jambalaya, Creole Baked Chicken, Red Beans and Rice, Fried Shrimp, Shrimp Creole, Blackened Fish smothered in Creole Sauce; plus desserts including Bananas Foster and Pecan Pie.  This year, Fat Tuesday falls on February 12th.  The feast runs from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m., so make your reservations early, so you're sure to have a spot.
