INGREDIENTS

-COOKED MACARONI NOODLES         2 C
-COOKED BACON (1“ PIECES)                2 ½ OZ

-DICED HAM (1/4’ DICE)                             4 OZ
-GARLIC CLOVE SHREDED                       1 EA
-BUTTER                                                      2 OZ

-HEAVY CREAM                                         1 2/3 C
-MARGARINE                                               2 OZ
-FLOUR                                                          2 OZ

-CHEDDAR CHEESE SHREDED              2 OZ
-PARMESAN CHEESE                                1 OZ
-SWISS CHEESE                                          2 OZ
-VELVEETA                                               3 OZ
-AMERICAN CHEESE                                  2 OZ
-SALT

-FRENCH’S FRIED ONIONS                          2 OZ
-CHOPPED PARSLEY                                  1 TBSP

DIRECTIONS

1.) Saute ham in butter with garlic, add in cooked bacon to heat it through.
2.) Melt margarine in small pan and add flour to make roux.
3.) In a heavy pan, heat cream and thicken with roux.
4.) Add cheeses and salt – cook till creamy.
5.) Stir in cooked pasta, add sautéed ham, bacon and garlic.
6.) Pour into serving bowl and top with fried onions.
7.) Place in 350 degree oven for approx 5 min to brown top lightly.
8.) Sprinkle top with parsley and serve.
