For dinner tonight, visit SentryFoods.com for this recipe called "Hearty Beef Enchiladas." Start by browning a pound of ground beef and a chopped, medium onion. When the meat is no longer pink, drain and then add a can of Bush's Chili Beans, 2/3 cup of Enchilada Sauce and 2 tablespoons of salsa. In another skillet, heat a little oil and dip Azteca Flour Tortillas in the hot pan for 3 seconds on each side, and then drain on paper towels. Top the tortillas with about 2/3/ cup of the beef mixture, roll up and place in a baking dish. Then drizzle that the remaining enchilada sauce and salsa. Sprinkle a cup of Sargento Shredded Cheddar Cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, until bubbly. Serve with onions and tomatoes, that way everybody can make them their way.
