Cedar Planked Salmon is one of our more popular entrees on the dinner menu at Thunder Bay. It's a fresh filet of Atlantic Salmon, grilled then baked in the oven on a Cedar Plank to impart a smoky woodsy flavor, then basted with teriyaki sauce and served with veggies and our wild rice blend. The technique of cooking on a Cedar plank is a good way to capture the flavor of the outdoors right in your own kitchen, even in the cold of winter.
