Here's what you'll need for the Smokey Gouda Cheese Dip:
-2 cups Shredded Cady Creek Smoked Gouda.
-2 cups Mayonnaise.
-1 cup Chopped Onion.
-4 oz Cooked Bacon (chopped)
-1 small Can green Chilies (well drained)
-1 New French Baguette loaf
Mix everything together. Place in an oven safe pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until the dip is bubbly and starting to brown on the edges. Serve warm with French Baguette Slices, Crackers, or Chips.
