Halloween is just around the corner and you know what that means... It's time for pumpkin carving! The Whitefish Bay Civic Foundation is proud to present the annual Great Pumpkin Festival. Enter the Pumpkin Patch, pick out a pumpkin and bring it into their carving tent. Prepare, design and carve your pumpkin at this family friendly event. The pumpkins are free and carving tools, candles and table space will be provided. Each night will feature live local music and delicious food from Pandl's Whitefish Bay Inn. Lee Saberson joins us with a live pumpkin carving demo and has some tips for carving with kids. This event is taking place from 6pm-9pm, Wednesday October 24th through Sunday October 28th. There will also be a special lighting, costume and Trick-Or-Treat event taking place on Halloween, October 31st! Come on, it doesn't get much better than that! The Pumpkin Display wil be held at Old Schoolhouse Park, located directly across from the WFB Public Library located at 5420 N. Marlborough Drive in Whitefish Bay.
