Today we're cooking Chipotle Chicken Pasta! It's a slightly spicy mixture of roasted corn and and garlic, with tomatoes, cilantro, bacon, green onion and peppers, tossed with bowtie pasta and grilled chicken in a sauce made from two kinds of cheese.
