Here's what you'll need for the Avocado, Tomato, & Onion Quesadillas:

-4 (10-inch) wraps.

-8 oz. Sargento Shredded Light Mexican Blend Cheese.

-2 avocados, halved, pitted and sliced.

-2 plum tomotoes, seeded and chopped.

-1 small red onion, finely chopped.

Lay each wrap out on a flat cookie sheet.  On one half of each wrap, sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese and top with avocado, tomato, and onion.  Top with another layer of shredded cheese.  Fold in half to create a half-moon shape.  Place on a medium-high grill and cook until golden brown on both sieds and cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.
