Here's what you'll need for the Antipasto Salad:
 

-8 cups mixed salad greens.

-1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained.

-1 package mozzarella cheese, cut into strips.

-4 ounces salami or pepperoni, cut into strips.

-1 cup pitted ripe olives.

-1 medium tomato, cut into wedges.

-1/3 cup roasted red peppers, cut into strips.

-1 cup Wish-bone Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing.

Combine all ingredients except Wish-Bone Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing in large bowl.  Just before serving, toss with Dressing.  Serve, if desired, with crusty Italian bread.
