Here's what you'll need to make Italian-Style Brushetta:
Dice 2-3- large red ripe tomatoes, dice 1 sweet onion, and chop some fresh basil. Mix all together with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, sea salt, black pepper to taste. Prepare 1 Box of Garlic toast or 5 Cheese Toast as cooking directions indicate on back of packages just before it looks completely done. Remove breads from oven and top evenly with mixture on toast slices. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese and fresh chopped basil. Return to oven for an additional 3 minutes. Serve immediately while warm.
