Here's what you'll need to make 'Quick Breakfast Sausage Muffin Sandwiches:'
-4 Jones All Natural Quick 'n Easy fully cooked sausage patties.
-2 Tablespoon butter.
-4 Sentry eggs.
-4 English muffins, split, toasted.
-4 Tablespoon Philadelphia Cream Cheese.
-1 Teaspoon chopped green onions or chives.
Heat the sausage according to package directions. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Carefully crack the eggs into the hot butter, and then cover and cook for about 3 minutes. They should be set with soft centers or longer to desired doneness. Spread both cut sides of toasted muffins with cream cheese and sprinkle with onions or chives. Put the sausage patties on the muffin bottom, layer on the eggs and then finish with the muffin tops.
