Edamame Chicken Salad
Grilled chicken, roasted edamame, peanuts, avacado and peanut sauce, tossed with napa cabbage and romaine lettuce, tossed with Sesame Ginger Dressing and crispy fried wontons, garnished with sesame crunchies!

Pepper Seared Salmon Salad
Pepper seared Atlantic salmon, atop balsamic greens, with parmesan crostini, goat cheese, red onion and tomato
