Craft Beers for the Big Game

Here's the recipe for the Blue Cheese IPA Dip, it's made with New Glarus Hop Hearty IPA:

1 pound crumbled blue cheese
1 pound cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sweet cream butter, softened
3/4 cup pale ale
1 tablespoon minced tarragon
1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce                              
                                                            
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until a pasty lump forms. Divide mixture into small serving dishes and chill until ready to serve.  Makes 3 cups.  Suggested pairing: India pale ale.
