Meta House helps women struggling with drug and alcohol addiction reclaim their lives and rebuild their families. In 1988, their facility became one of the first in the nation to include children in the treatment setting. A mother’s relationship with her children is an integral part of her recovery. On Friday, May 6th The Meta House will host their annual fundraiser A Day For Meta House.
Just in time for Mother’s Day, their event, with the theme “Celebrating Mothers-Rebuilding Families,” will showcase the comprehensive services they provide to counteract the effects of maternal substance use to break the cycle of addiction. The event will feature success stories of their graduates and their children.
