Join us as we enter "Amani's World" with author and Milwaukee native Eddie Rutledge. "Amani's World," based on the travles of Eddie Rutledge's little cousin,  is meant to encourage childhood literacy and entertain while sharing stories about Amani's journeys around the world.

In conjuction with "Amani's World," Rutledge has also started "The Amani's World Literacy Project" which is a three-stage program for children between the grades K-3 and 6th. "The Amani's World Literacy Project" begins with story-time introducing "Amani's World" followed by an interactive period which includes music and dancing. The final stage of the project is story time in which Rutledge shares his latest book in the "Amani's World" series, " Amani goes to Washington D.C."
