Tee up for hope and help "Back Jack"
Thursday, Aug 26, 2010

The second-annual "I Back Jack" Foundation’s "Back-to-School Golf Event" is being held on September 13th at the Chenequa Country Club in Hartland. The event has both golf and dinner options for golfers and duffers. All proceeds from the event will be used to fund research for neuroblastoma, a rare and difficult to treat pediatric cancer.

The "I Back Jack Foundation" is named for 8-year-old Jack Bartosz from Hartland who has been battling neuroblastoma for nearly five years. The Hartland community, including Jack's classmates at Swallow Elemenatry, are constantly looking for ways to back Jack in his fight against cancer, especially as they approach a new school year.

For more information on you can help back Jack, visit their website at I Back Jack.org.
