The Kenosha Public Library will host their fourth annual "Chalk It Up!" event on August 28. "Chalk It Up!" is a sidewalk chalk art contest held at the Northside Library in Kenosha. The theme for this year’s event is “Water, Water Everywhere” to coincide with their summer reading programs. The Northside Library is located at 1500 27th Avenue in Kenosha.
