Good Morning Smoothie
Yield: Makes 3-4 servings
Let's face it, we could all use a little boost once in a while. Author Linda Mulholland brings us foods that will help to boost your brain power, including "Good Morning Smoothies" and "Power Morning Muffins."
¾ cup of Frozen Red Grapes
¾ cup of Frozen Banana
½ cup of Blueberries or Strawberries
1 cup of Orange Juice
1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seeds
1 Tall Glass filled with Ice Cubes
In a blender, add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. You may need to add more juice or ice cubes to get the desired consistency.
