8 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup Heavy Cream
2 TB Butter

Place chocolate chips in a metal mixing bowl. In a seperate saucepan bring cream and butter just to a boil. Pour the hot cream mixture over the chocolate chips in the bowl., mix and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Whisk together again, and use as a dipping sauce for fruit, pound cake, pretzels etc.
