Pork Tenderloin Breaded or PTB

1-8oz package of your favorite batter mix
1 TBL. Of ranch seasoning mix
4  5oz. portions of pork loin--tenderized
1 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper

Prepare batter according to package. Add ranch seasoning and mix. Mix salt and pepper with the flour and set aside. Dredge pork loin in the flour mixture.  Completely coat pork tender in batter. Fry in 350 Degree oil or shortening for about four minutes, flipping once halfway through.
