30 waffers or oreo crumbs
6 T- melted butter
1(7oz) jar of marshmallow fluff
½ cup- brandy
Zest one orange
3 T- chopped cherries
2 ½ cups- whipped cream
6 or more whole cherries
1 T- cherry juice
In a small bowl combine the cookie crumbs and butter to form crust. Press crust into pie tin. Bake at 350 for 20min or until crust is firm to the touch. Let cool at room temperature.
In a large bowl mix brandy, orange zest, fluff, chopped cherries, and whisk until smooth. Fold two cups whipping cream into mixture. Place filling evenly into pie shell. Pipe additional half a cup whipped cream onto of pie. Decorate the top with the cherries.
