Apple Stuffed Pork Tips:
Apple Dressing
1/2 bunch celery small diced.
-2 ounce margarine (melted).
-1 toasted bread crumbs.
-3/4 cup raisins.
-12 oz. sliced apples.
-1/2 qt. apple juice.
Combine all ingredients and allow to sit for 1 hour.
Apple Glaze
-1 1/2 cup brown sugar.
-3/4 cup apple juice.
-1 oz bourbon.
Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil and allow to simmer till thicken.
-1 package of pork tips.
-1 cup apple juice.
Soak pork tips in apple juice over night. Grill or pan fry tips. In a small oven safe dish place a layer of stuffing then the hot pork tips. Cover with glaze and bake in a 350 degree oven for 5 minutes and enjoy!
