  It is difficult to diagnose many individuals' problems playing our streaming video without knowing more about their setup. We check our video daily to ensure that everything is working on our end and if there are problems, we work to fix them as promptly as possible.

Our site is optimized for use with the latest versions of Internet Explorer and Firefox. The movies are shown using Windows Media Player. It is possible that a spyware or virus scan program is not allowing our video to load due to high individual security settings.

Another problem could be that individuals simply have a slower internet connection speed. Perhaps the movies are being downloaded, but are simply taking a bit longer to load.

Video segments on The Morning Blend.com are Windows Media Video or .wmv files. We recommend visitors use the most recent version of Windows Media Player for viewing segments.

If you are using a Mac with OS X and having problems, install Windows Media Player 9 for Mac OS X. In all of our testing, we have had no success using Flip4Mac to play video on our site.
