mollyfay_bio.jpgMeeting new people has always been one of Molly Fay's favorite things to do. Her parents said her first word was “why” because she was always so curious. Now she’s back on television in Milwaukee, asking more questions. Molly hopes you’ll join her on the Morning Blend so she can ask you a thing or two!

Before joining The Morning Blend, Molly worked in broadcasting as an investigative reporter and anchor. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and graduated with honors from the Journalism School at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Her first job as a reporter was in Beaumont, Texas. After three years there, she left the oil refineries and crawfish behind to take a job as a consumer reporter in Scranton, Pennsylvania before moving to Milwaukee as a general assignment reporter and anchor. She’s an Emmy-Award-Winning journalist who has been proud to work with some of the best writers, producers and photographers in the industry.

mollyfay_biosupport.jpgMolly is originally from the Chicago area, but for the past 12 years she has called Milwaukee home. Molly and her husband are the proud parents of three children. When she’s not working, you’ll probably find Molly at the grocery store, the park or at her children’s school. She considers laundry her second job, but whenever she can find the time, she loves to read, kick box and spend time with family and friends.

Molly says, “I feel so lucky to be part of The Morning Blend. I believe there’s something to learn from every person I meet.” Molly hopes you’ll tune in weekdays at 9am to see what people are talking about. Molly welcomes your comments and show ideas – and your questions, too!

alisondecastro_bio.jpgA well-balanced lifestyle is something Alison de Castro says is most important to her. But, she admits, it’s hard to achieve! So, talking about what makes life fun in The Morning Blend is what she considers a dream job. And it’s been a great show to merge what’s important to her with her television news experience.

Alison built her career reporting the news at network affiliated television stations around the country. Her goal was to travel and experience life in different parts of the U.S. She's lived in Wyoming, Colorado and South Carolina. But she admits she's a Midwestern girl at heart and considers the area home. She grew up in Indiana and is thrilled to be able to spend more time with her family there.

When she's not working on the show, you can usually find Alison outside (unless it's really cold!) She always prefers activity versus sitting at home on the
alisondecastro_biosupport.jpg couch. She's a daily runner and even gave up the car for a little bit for her bike! She loves to travel, eat out (though she admits to having a few "go-to" recipes), read, and spend as much time as possible with her husband Donny. And she's always taking a new class to learn something new. Recently, she's been in salsa, voice, and creativity classes. She says the one thing you probably WON'T see her doing is sky diving or frog hunting...yes, even the cute little green ones!

Alison says she says she loves The Morning Blend because everyday she gets to meet the most interesting people doing the most interesting things!
